By unsolicited, do they mean not endorsed by an agent? Because I really want to try and sell a script but I don't have an agent and I don't think I'll even be able to find one. Is it still possible to sell a script without an agent?

There are two ways to solicit a screenplay. One is through an agent, the other is through a query letter. If you send a query and the company asks to see the script, then it is not an unsolicited screenplay. If you mail a script without having been asked for it, then it is an unsolicited screenplay.
