Ohhhhh...well, it's because 'fanny' has very different meanings here and there....

I would hate to humiliate myself (again) by using words with very different meanings wrong time wrong place!

I was told 100 times as a kid my Mom would spank my fanny...this might not go over in an England release.....then again, who knows!

....as this script slowly takes form, and three countries actually try to talk to each other.....yes, the French too, it is esenciaL I get this sorted out!!

Main Entry: twat
Pronunciation: 'twät
Function: noun
Etymology: origin unknown
usually vulgar : VULVA

Twit by mix up became twat.....blame Robert Browning.....he thought it was a piece of a Nuns clothing.

Being an English teacher I'm surprised you didn't know that Alex.

By the way, Ellie you said 'I hate Twats that start fights'

You're right about your official definition of twat. But I was just using it as a nasty insult like dick or cunt.

Fanny.... Teeheehee!

Function: noun?

Hmmm, I thought it had an entirely different function.

Maybe that's why I am so unlucky in love!

It does seem a little forward.

Well, I'll let you two work that out...

As my script includes love scenes (don't they all) maybe you can tell me the names of other body parts......

I'd hate to be putting things where they don't belong...

I have 2 scripts.....no love scenes.

No offence Alex....I beleive throwing in a love scene is a filler unless it is really needed, the movie is slacking so get some actress to show her breasts.

Actually I never show breasts...just the tension that comes just before two (or more) people share their bodies.....

Yeah, but does it drive the story forward?

It is an action that makes the characters change their minds? or set about on a different path?

Or is it to just spice things up?

It is usually to create tension among others......the observers in need of passing judgement to shift their own off the shelf life into some kind of 'purposeful' point.

I'm not like that. I'm normal, therefore I am!

Did you hear there were bombs on the tube in London this morning? Don't know if any of you have friends or family there. I can't get hold of one mine so I'm a bit worried.

I only mentioned it cos american news is notorious for forgetting the rest of the world exists. But then I remembered that bush is actually in the country - although very much at the other end of it.

You would be surprised Emily, due to the fact that it is terror based they have been giving it quite a bit of air time.

Hey hunter, my only advice is, when you have been around long enough and feel comfortable enough post some of it, I tend not to though.

I mostly email ideas to people I know/feel I can trust.

Yeah. This is big news in the US. Just like the Madrid bombing, the Beslan Massacre and the Bali bombing.

And the US press may be notorious for forgetting the rest of the world, but that doesn't mean that that noteriety is true. I don't own cable. So my primary news sources (aside from the internet)are the LA Times, NPR, ABC News, Nightline and the BBC (aired on PBS). Between those, there is an extraordinary amount of global coverage. Fox News does not equal American media. (Not trying to pick on Fox, I've never watched it.)
